Logging Profiles for Third Party Devices

Instructions:

  • Save the file in the Web Portal Server machine
  • Import the language file using the /bin/sgImportWebPortalLanguage script on the Web Portal server. Here is the syntax how to use the script: sgImportWebClientLanguage [host=Management Server address[/domain]] login=login name pass=password file=file path and name. Here is an example how to use the script: ./sgImportWebPortalLanguage.sh host=10.10.10.10 login=root pass=password file=messages_it.txt
  • Restart the Web Portal Server

If your language file is not in the list perform this step before the ones above:

  • Take one of the language files, translate the labels and save the file. (You must use the UTF-8 or UTF-16 text encoding. The file name must follow the format messages_XX[_YY[_ZZ]].txt where XX is the two-character ISO language code, YY the ISO country code and ZZ the ISO language variant code. The country code and language variant code are optional.)
